Site visit and quotation fee

A physical site visit together with a detailed written quotation is RM500, payable before the visit. The appointment is secured once payment is received; dates are not held without it.

The RM500 is deducted in full from the contract total if you proceed with us. It is not refunded if you do not proceed.

Chat with us is free for questions, advice and ballpark estimates. We do not collect payment details in chat.

Quotations

Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Standard payment terms are 60% upon confirmation, 30% before installation and 10% on completion. Lead time is usually 3–5 weeks from confirmation and final site measurement. Workmanship is covered for one year.

Scope

We take on standalone custom carpentry and full-home renovations. Cement, plumbing, electrical and tiling are included only as part of a full-unit renovation, not as standalone jobs. Our carpentry uses plywood carcasses with laminate finishes. Prices include delivery and installation unless stated otherwise.
